Maybe you’re feeling stuck, anxious, disconnected, or simply exhausted from carrying things alone.
Counselling offers you a space to slow down, speak freely, and be gently supported as you sort through what’s been buried or pushed aside.
I work with clients from all walks of life—including those who want to include their Christian faith in the process and those who don’t. This is your space, and we’ll approach it in the way that feels most true to you.
What You Can Expect
In our first few sessions, we’ll begin by getting to know your story—without rush, pressure, or judgment. I’ll listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and together we’ll begin to explore what’s contributing to the challenges you’re facing.
As we work together, we might look at patterns, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped how you think and feel. We’ll also talk about what healing could look like—and what small, meaningful shifts could help you feel more like yourself again.
Some of the themes we may explore include:
- Anxiety, stress, or burnout
- Grief or life transitions
- Identity, self-worth, and boundaries
- Spiritual confusion or church-related trauma
- The intersection of faith, emotion, and mental health
This is not a quick-fix approach. It’s real, grounded work—but you won’t do it alone.
How I Work
I offer a trauma-informed, person-centered approach grounded in empathy and curiosity.
My work is informed by psychodynamic and existential models of therapy, and for those who want it, I can integrate faith-based insights as well. You don’t have to believe what I believe. What matters is that you feel safe, seen, and supported.
Session Details & Fees
- Individual Counselling: $140 AUD per 60-minute session
- Sessions available in-person at Seventeen Mile Rocks and Carseldine, or online across Australia
- Invoices sent after each session, payable by bank transfer
- Medicare and NDIS are not currently accepted
- Please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a 50% fee
